Is the website really free?
For accepted businesses, the initial website design/build fee is $0 under the complimentary program. Hosting is not free and is required if you approve the website and want it activated/launched.
Do I pay anything to apply?
No. Submitting an application does not require payment or obligate you to purchase a website.
What if I don't like what you build?
If you decide not to move forward with the complimentary website, you do not purchase hosting and you owe no website-design/build fee. Unactivated mockups and concepts remain ATX Stargate Marketing Solutions property and may not be copied or used elsewhere.
Why do you require hosting?
Instead of charging a large upfront website-design fee, our model is built around an ongoing hosting relationship. That allows us to lower the upfront barrier and prove our work first.
Does everyone who applies get accepted?
No. We review applications based on fit, scope, availability, and whether we believe the program can genuinely help the business.
What kinds of businesses can apply?
Almost any legitimate business can apply. We work with service companies, professional firms, retail, hospitality, wellness, real estate, creative businesses, contractors, local brands, and other businesses where a stronger website can improve credibility and make it easier for customers to take action.
Will the website guarantee me jobs?
No. We do not guarantee leads, rankings, sales, or jobs. The goal is to improve how your business presents itself online and make it easier for potential customers to understand your services and contact you.
Who owns the website?
Ownership is governed by the Terms of Service. In general, after the applicable project conditions and payments are completed, you own project-specific deliverables while ATX Stargate Marketing Solutions retains reusable templates, tools, systems, and third-party licenses.
